Boys' & Girls' Camps Parent/Camper Dinner
Parents wishing to have dinner with their child on Thursday evening must prepay with their registration. The cost per person for that meal is $7. Please indicate number attending ____ (tickets will be sent prior to camp).

Each camper will also need to bring $3-5 cash to purchase a snack card of their choice, which is not included in the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants for summer camps that cancel their registration must notify HIGHER GROUND CONFERENCE & RETREAT CENTER in writing. Notification of cancellation may be sent by fax (812-637-3848), by e-mail (hgcrc@swonaz.org), or by U.S. Mail (3820 Logan Creek Ln., West Harrison, IN 47060). (No cancellations by telephone, please.) If cancellation is received 10 days prior to the scheduled camp, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to the starting day of the scheduled camp, a 50% refund will be issued.
