Cancellation PolicySummer CampingRegistrants for summer camps that cancel their registration must notify HIGHER GROUND CONFERENCE AND RETREAT CENTER in writing. Notification of cancellation may be sent by fax (812-637-3848), by e-mail (hgcrc@swonaz.org), or by U.S. Mail to (Higher Ground Conference and Retreat Center, 3820 Logan Creek Ln., West Harrison, IN 47060). (No cancellations by telephone, please.) If cancellation is received 10 days prior to the scheduled camp, a full refund will be issued.
