Lodge Reservations and Meal Packages
Lodge Reservations and RV Section

We will begin accepting reservations and deposits for the lodge, dorm, cabins, and the RV section January 3, 2008, at Higher Ground Conference and Retreat Center, 3820 Logan Creek Ln., West Harrison, IN 47060, by U.S. Mail only. The office will be closed January 1-2. Please read carefully the following information:
Please note: Drive-in or called-in reservations will not be accepted.
Written reservation requests with a deposit must be postmarked no earlier than January 3, 2006. Please include information stating what lodging options you are requesting and if for health reasons you need a first floor room.
On January 7 we will begin opening the mail beginning with the January 3 postmarked date. After entering all the reservations from the January 3 postmarked mail we will move on to the letters postmarked January 4 and so on until we fill up the lodge, dorms, cabins and RV. This will give everyone the same opportunity of getting their requested lodging.
The 2006 deposit rates are as follows: Lodge Rooms $42.50 (Including Continental Breakfast for Two Adults); Dorm 1 (Family Dorm) $25; Cabins: Weekly $100; Daily $25; RV’s (Site will be assigned) $20; Pop Ups $15; Tents $15.
   
Meal Plans
Meal Plans: Continental Breakfast included in Lodge Rate for two people; Lunch Meal Ticket: Tuesday through Saturday (four lunches) $30 per adult, $15 per child; Dinner Meal Ticket: Monday through Saturday and Sunday Noon (six dinners) $50 per adult; $21 per child. The Saturday dinner will be chicken and pork roast.
