Cancellation Policy

Summer Camping

Registrants for summer camps that cancel their registration must notify HIGHER GROUND CONFERENCE AND RETREAT CENTER in writing. Notification of cancellation may be sent by fax (812-637-3848), by e-mail (hgcrc@swonaz.org), or by U.S. Mail to (Higher Ground Conference and Retreat Center, 3820 Logan Creek Ln., West Harrison, IN 47060). (No cancellations by telephone, please.) If cancellation is received 10 days prior to the scheduled camp, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to the starting day of the scheduled camp, a 50% refund will be issued.

Other Events

Retreats
If you must cancel for any reason at least seven days prior to the event you will be given a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, lodging costs will be refunded; meal costs will not be refunded.

Non-Retreat Events
If you must cancel for any reason at least seven days prior to the event you will be given a full refund; no refund will be given after that.
